Unfortunately, some of the tips suggests or simply add more activity to your already busy schedule. This busyness makes it feel as if you are getting things done, when in essence you are simply arranging chairs and tables on the sinking Titanic.

It’s so tempting to try and duplicate what successful people are doing but only to become more frustrated. We put our brain under duress trying so hard to be like others. It’s working overtime doing so instead of focusing on what works best for us.

That is what is meant by wasting your brain at work.

In an article written by Steve Tobak author and managing partner, Invisor Consulting in Entrepreneur Magazine, he states that there are five questions your brain needs to answer if “you want to make something of yourself and have a successful business someday.”
