At every stage of life, we are experiencing one form of reinvention or another. We don’t necessarily see them as such at the time. We just take it for granted as a Boomer generation reinvent itselfnormal phase of our developmental process. No questions asked.

However, as we move through the later stages of life, we begin to pay closer attention at the changes we are making. We put more thought into it than we would before.

This is understandable because our focus, responsibilities and other life events, demands that we do or we allow them to dictate more of what we do. This paradigm shift is one of the main contributing factor to the “freeze” mode that many people find themselves in.
