One of the hallmarks of a successful transition to a new career is having adequate cash flow. 

You could say cash flow is king.

I've found this to be true. 

When there is not enough cash flow, it causes me to become anxious and at times feel desperate. It affects my outlook on life, especially on the future.

One of the most impactful things that come as a result of limited cash flow is the resurgence of a scarcity mindset. 

You want to hold onto the little there is just in case. If you were risk averse, you will tend to become more so during these times.

In this episode, our guest Benjamin Tyler talks about making fast cash for your business and/or career transition.

However, his approach could be seen as controversial and very non-traditional as of this writing. Who knows, his ideas might become main stream and will no longer be seen as "crazy.".
