To Create The Right Story For A Successful Career Change can be challenging. The question that precedes this idea is why do we need to create a right story when considering or pursuing a career change.

The-Right-Story-For-A-Successful-Career-Change-kingsley-grantMost times we need others to help us move things along when we are in the midst of any kind of change much less a career change. We simply need help. I know I do. It's difficult trying to do it by yourself.

Hence the need to make sure your career change story consists of these 3 ingredients.

1. Relatability: your story of why you are pursuing a career change must have a relatable element to it. It has to be on that appeals to people's emotions.

2. Portability: your story must be able to share by simply tweaking in other settings. It should not only be restricted to the setting you have your eyes on. It should be customizable for other potential career change settings/audiences.

3. Repeatability: your story should be readily told by others very easily. They will not be able to tell it the way you do. They will not have all the wordings right. But they should be able to tell it in such a way that it makes sense and trigger the response you are looking for.

In this episode, you'll discover how to use the above 3 ingredients to shape the right story for a successful career change.
